As promised from my previous post, here are the rules I made based on the collage game I created for the aforementioned forums.
Remember that this game is designed in a forum environment, and the image collage can be found on my previous post. And feel free to use this game (and the image collage) in your forums, you can also modify the rules to fit your style of gameplay. All that I ask in return is to post a comment here where you posted it, so I can see it. Don’t worry I won’t join the game since I already know the answers.
Guess the Character and Anime Title Game
How to play the game:
- Pick a NUMBER corresponding to the collage image.
- Then guess the NAME of the character and the ANIME TITLE it came from.
- Then post your guesses/answers, provided you follow the posting rules.
- The player who got the highest score by the end of the game wins.
- The game ends when all the images are guessed correctly.
- Have fun!
Game & Posting Rules:
- You CAN only post 3 answers per post. This is so that other players can catch up with the scores of the other players.
- You CANNOT double post. Meaning, you cannot post immediately after your post. You get no points for this.
- You CANNOT jump post. Meaning, you cannot post again after another player posted immediately after your post. You get no points for this.
- You CAN post after two (2) players posted after your previous post. This is to be fair and to give chance to other players.
- You CAN post answers by another player to add to your score. You will gain a score if it is a right answer but you will get behind. That means if you keep on copying other players answers you’ll only be lagging behind their score.
- RULE #2 and #3 can only be disregarded AFTER 24 HOURS in which no other player have posted after the last post.
- A player will be DISQUALIFIED if he/she repeats the action stated on SCORING #6. If he/she posted more than 3 answers twice on a single post.
Scoring:
- You get one (1) point for each correct COMPLETE name. If character has only one name, you get the whole one (1) point.
- You get one (1) point for each correct COMPLETE anime title.
- You get one-half (.5) point for each correct INCOMPLETE name.
- You get one-half (.5) point for each correct INCOMPLETE anime title.
- On a single post you can get a maximum of six (6) points.
- If you posted four (4) or more set of answers you will get a deduction of two (2) points for each succeeding answers.
- Repeated answer by the same player does not get any points.
- In-case the GAMES ENDS while I’m not around (to moderate the game), the computation of the scores will stop on the post when the game ends.
- In-case of WRONG SPELLINGS, its ok as long as it makes sense. Since on various sources I’ve found out that there are many different spellings on names and titles.
- Some animes have alternate titles (i.e. Japanese/English). This is also ok and corresponds to a point.
- It doesn’t matter if you guessed your answer or you copied it from another player. You still get the points for your post.
- Whoever gets the most points FIRST wins. So there is NO TIE to this game.
- I will be actively monitoring this thread and calculate the points of each player. Which I will post on random occasions, or maybe once or twice a day.

This is the collage I made using different Anime characters. I initially made this as a game for AnimeElites.com forums. I also posted this in our forums at Darkmoon. Unfortunately, the link to the game there was lost due to the recent upgrade of the forums, which screwed up the database.

As usual I’ve been busy with a lot of “extracurricular activities” that I have barely enough time to create a post here. And since I’m already going out, I’ll just post a quick one. Nothing special, I’m just showing you my Belldandy figurine I bought last year.

She’s my angel and goddess.
Looking back on my previous entires, I have a lot of posts that I tagged Belldandy. A quick search for the keyword Belldandy reveals the posts I mentioned her. There was the desktop meme, the custom Belldandy theme of my computer, and of course her bio.

Bioshock is one of the horror-suspense games most played today. If you combine a touch of anime on the popular game, you can expect to see something like this.

The horror is out and cute, innocent looking girls are in. I also wonder what Resident Evil or Silent Hill would look like if it were portrayed as anime.

Manga comes from the far east. But what if the characters are from the middle-east? This is where Afuganisu-tan and her friends comes in. This is a manga-style comics strip that portrays various countries surrounding Afghanistan. The comics strip shows the adventures of the various characters, while a text is shown that explains some of the history of the aforementioned countries.

The characters names are: Afuganisu-tan, Pakisu-tan, Kyrgyz-tan, Tajikis-tan, Turkmenis-tan, Uzbekis-tan, and Meriken. Each characters has a description and a little background, and it is based on what country they are representing. You can already guess what country Meriken is representing.
Head over to rubbersoul1967.googlepages.com/afghan-tan and read the manga. It’s both entertaining and educational.
