Here is another batch of tips regarding computers, tech, and life.

- Firefox: Better YouTube is a Firefox addon that lets you view YouTube videos in high quality.
- You can actually rename multiple files using a spreadsheet.
- Windows XP: Remove the username at the start menu.
- Windows XP: Defrag your system files.
- If you are having information overload from emails and feed readers, then you can follow these steps in simplifying information intake.
- Stuck in looking for thoughts? Unleash your mind.
- Email: Direct your Yahoo! mail to Thunderbird.





Ryman- great point Re: social networks and private info. Many users freely expose information on their various social net profiles that can be used by criminals to commit identity theft or worse. The best rule of thumb to use is never expose any info on a social network that you wouldn’t give up to a stranger on the street.

Thanks for the visit. I’ve looked up your article and it’s a great guide to facebook users. With the emergence of ’social’ sites, identity theft is on a high.
Unfortunately, most users of these social networks doesn’t understand the consequences of their identity being stolen.
I for one, doesn’t accept friend requests from a person I don’t know on facebook. Although on Friendster and MySpace, I’m guilty of accepting contacts I don’t even know.
