Internet hiatus

Posted by: Ryman   in Random Rants, Real World

Its been more than 24 hours since I’ve last connected through the online world. I mean I’m usually online everyday, checking for mails, updating stuff, and well reading something. Most of my time when I’m at home, I spend on the Internet, same goes when I’m at the office since my work or line of work is Internet related. The only time I’m not online is when I go to a vacation.

Internet was introduced to me when I started college back when I was still at U.S.T. that was around 9 years ago. My roommate invited me to hang out at the mall. There, he showed me how to use mIRC. Internet Relay Chat was my first experience on the Internet. I got quickly addicted to chatting. Well, besides chatting, I started creating scripts for mIRC. And for those who are non-techie, scripts for mIRC are small programs, or add-ons, to improve or add another functionality to the program.

Now, finally I’m back again, and to the Internet aficionados, “See you online!” :)
