My Lakbayan grade is F! Ok so I failed on “traveling” here in my native country. That reminds me that I need to travel more to get a passing grade. Haha. But, in my case, I’m not much of a travel-person. I never did like to travel, or go to places.

Of course there is an exception to that. Which when my friends and ‘kadas invites me out. I go with them if I like the place where we are going. I’ve never really been to a lot of “provinces” and especially I don’t like going back to my birth place, which is Naga City.

After finding this site, it left me wondering, of missing out all the wonderful places here in the Philippines. But it also encouraged me to travel more, and I hope before the year ends next year I’ll get a D or even a C grade on this one.

Finally I got some free time today to watch the first episode of Heroes season 2. Four months have passed since the last episode of Season 1. After the first season ended many questions were left unanswered, and many speculations began to appear. If you haven’t watched it don’t continue reading down, and just click on the link provided above, so you can watch it at the comfort of your own PC.

WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD
Ok so as the title claims, Four Months Later we see each of our heroes living a new life, well almost. Mohinder Suresh mentioned about a “plague” that are affecting special “gifted” individuals and is now looking for special funding to find and research for a cure. Claire Bennet, is now starting her first day at a new school. A boy at school seems interested with her, and near the end of the show we see him floating while watching Claire through her bedroom window. We see Matt Parkman, now being a police officer once again and already divorced???, also he’s taking care of that little girl (I forgot her name) from the first season, and they are staying at Mohinder’s apartment. Hiro Nakamura is still trapped in the past, with his unlikely Hero. While Kaito, Hiro’s father, is still waiting for his son’s return along with Ando Masahashi. Nathan Petrelli, have became a drunken bastard because of the loss of Peter. He still believes that his brother may still be alive, while their “evil” mother doesn’t. And finally, near the very end we see Peter Petrelli alive and uh, not well… Mika, D.L. and Niki didn’t appeared at this episode, while Maya Herrera a new hero appeared with his brother running from Mexico’s authorities.

Next Monday another new episode of Heroes will air, so I’ve got to wait for that too. Also the third episode of Prison Break will also air on Monday. I was also gonna watch the new episodes of Prison Break but unfortunately I have to pass on that, as of this time.

A couple of hours ago WordPress just released its latest stable release version 2.3. The new release is called “Dexter”, named from the great tenor saxophonist Dexter Gordon. There are couple of new improvements for the system. Most noticeably, the tagging support, which enables adding tags to your posts in addition to the categories. There is also a new update notification if ever there is a new release of WordPress. Also another feature which the Authors may notice is the new button on the WYSIWYG editor which shows/hide the advanced toolbar.

Moreover there are a couple of security fixes from the last update, so if you are one of those user of WordPress, I really recommend to upgrade yours now. I have already upgraded mine, how about you?

After more than a year of retirement from online gaming, I’m back to the virtual world of avatars. I don’t know what happened to the last one year but it seems more gamer online got stupider. Ok so not all, but a few that I encounter.

When they have a problem in their Internet connection and their character are “lagging” they keep saying log or logging. WTF!!! Don’t they know the difference between log and lag. I mean come on, that’s one of the basic Internet terms since the early days of chatting. And now I thought that the younger generations of today are a lot more smarter than the ones born a couple of years older than them.

On the casual game Audition Dance Battle, I was often mistaken for a bot. They should know better that bots on Audition only makes perfects and/or misses. They don’t make greats, cools, or bads, besides that fact that they are so obvious that they dance on a different tune. I’m not an expert player, I’m only a good beginner, but that doesn’t give them the right to kick me out of the room just because they mistake me for a bot. And hey it’s a legal perfect chain you stupid morons.

Maybe one reason why some are getting stupider is the fact that they are infected with the stupidity of other gamers. Whatever the popular trend online, most will follow. But I’m not sure if log justifies the new spelling of lag.

After I’ve finished uploading the button for my Yahoo! Mash account, I went Yahoo! to mash things up. I got a few minutes of free time today to tinker with the newest social networking site of Yahoo!

I added a few widgets to try it if it is already functioning, since the site and most of its widgets are fairly new, I expect bugs to happen once in a while. I’ve added the common friends widget which when viewed by another person, preferably your friend it will ’supposed’ to show your similar friends. Much like a feature of Friendster, but I don’t know ‘yet’ if it is working.

I’ve also added the RSS feed, Twitter feed, and Flickr feed and attached my feeds to the aggregators. Also I tweaked a small portion of the CSS to change the theme of my page, adding also the wallpaper from the upcoming Need For Speed: Pro Street.

Oh and I finally revived my stupid looking in your face mash pet.
