Short flashback, a birthday and a baptismal
August 4. I went to the mall go get my hair cut. I’m now sporting my old look, which is a short spiky hairstyle. In the morning I started collecting Anime pictures to create my mini-game on the new forum I’ve joined. I hope it will come out as a success. In the afternoon I went to my barkada’s place. It’s his birthday by the way. When I got there, they were talking to someone on the phone, it was Elanie. She’s in Italy right now working there, she’s also part of our old barkada. Also I got to meet Oliver’s (the birthday celebrant) new girlfriend/wife, whatever the case. Food, videoke, beer, brandy, cakes, filled the whole night we were there. I went home around 2 AM in the morning, I know it was a little late but I had to go home. And I can’t overnight there because I plans the next day.
August 5. I woke up 7:30 AM, ate my breakfast, took a shower, changed my clothes, then took off. It was John’s (my girlfriend’s younger brother) son Christening. So I went to St. Peter Parish at commonwealth to attend the ceremony coz I’m one of the ninong’s of his son. At lunch we went to Aberden Court at Quezon Ave. There they hosted the reception for the Baptismal. After we’ve had out fill, my girlfriend and I went to Ortigas to do a little mall hopping. We didn’t stayed there long coz we’ve had to go back to her house. At her house there’s another party, it was her mom’s birthday. I stayed there until 9 PM which I also got caught in a heavy traffic near their place. It was because the road was under construction. I also borrowed her Globe Broadband unit to test on my computer, which isn’t working on hers. But still it also didn’t worked on mine so I guess the problem lies on the unit. By the way, before I left home, I checked my website www.tambayan.ph and it was down. I emailed my web hosting provider about the problem. I was really pissed because this is the second time I’ve had a problem with their services. I’m planning to change my hosting services sometime in the future. By the way if you were wondering, my web host provider is PhilHosting.net. Actually their hosting plans are one of the cheapest and its packed with so many features (which I don’t usually use, just the PHP and MySQL database) that’s why I choose them. But my other domain was not updated and now it expired. I’ve already paid for it until next year a few months ago, but still they’ve should have followed it up.
August 6. I just stayed at home, played Audition Online, and finished up my mini-Anime game. My cousin went here to bring me a copy of the DOS Emulator box so I can play DOS games on a Win XP machine. I also got a reply on my complaint email to my web host provider. They said that it’s the domain’s (dot.ph) handler fault not theirs. I don’t know, but they’ve should follow up on that, coz I’ve already email them a few months back regarding the email I kept receiving about my domain to expire last July.
August 7. Today, after hours of playing Audition Online, I plan to finish that Anime Mini-Game. I hope to finish it up today before late this afternoon. As I plan to start the game tonight. I hope the forum members, admins, and mods at Anime Elites likes it.
